Overview

The SnatchedX Idea

Most treatments ask you to lie still. These ones do not, at least not at first.

Every SnatchedX bundle pairs EMS muscle stimulation with hands-on treatment. The first half is active. Electrical muscle stimulation contracts the muscle far more than you could ask it to yourself, in a targeted area, while you stay lying down. The second half is entirely ours. Massage, lymphatic work or a facial, depending on which bundle you choose.

We built them this way because the two halves suit each other. Muscles that have just worked respond well to being worked on. And the pairing means you leave having done something for your body and something for your head, in one visit rather than two.

how we treat

What You Can Expect

  • You Stay Lying Down.

EMS does the contracting. You will feel your muscles working, but you are not the one doing it.

  • The Intensity Is Yours.

Your therapist sets the level with you and adjusts throughout. It should feel strong, never uncomfortable.

  • The Second Half Is The Reward.

Massage, lymphatic work or a facial, depending on the bundle. This part is not an add-on. It is half the treatment.

  • A Little Preparation Helps.

Drink water the day before, eat lightly, and wear something comfortable. We will send the details when you book.

SnatchedX by LSDJ Bundles

Ordered by time, from a fifty-minute refresh to a full two-hour reset. Not sure which is yours? Ask us and we will match it to what you are after.

Glow & Go Express

Twenty minutes of EMS, then thirty minutes of express facial. The shortest bundle we do, and the one people book on a weekday.

The EMS works whichever area you choose. The facial cleanses, exfoliates and finishes with our signature massage, so you leave with skin that looks awake rather than merely clean.

For anyone who wants both face and body attended to and has fifty minutes to give.

EMS · 20 min · Express facial · 30 min · Fifty minutes total

Booty & Back Ritual

EMS glute work, then a relaxation back massage. Two areas that almost never get attention in the same session, and that most of us hold in opposite ways.

The glutes are worked and lifted while you lie face down. Then the same position becomes a back massage, easing everything that sitting all week has tightened.

For anyone who wants tone below and release above.

EMS glute lift · 30 min · Back massage · 30 min · Seventy minutes total

Sculpt & Soothe

EMS sculpting, then lymphatic drainage massage. The pairing we recommend most often to people who feel puffy rather than heavy.

The EMS defines and tones the area you choose. The lymphatic work that follows uses light, rhythmic movements to support your body's natural fluid movement, so you leave feeling lighter through the limbs.

For anyone wanting definition and a sense of lightness in the same visit.

EMS sculpting · 30 min · Lymphatic drainage · 30 min · Seventy minutes total

Tummy Tight & Detox

EMS core activation, then an abdominal massage with a warm compress.

The EMS works the deep abdominal muscles. The massage that follows is slow and warm, working over the middle in a way that eases the feeling of heaviness and settles the nervous system at the same time.

Often chosen by those rebuilding core strength, or anyone who carries their tension low.

Please note: if you are pregnant, recently postpartum, or have abdominal separation, talk to us before booking. EMS is not suitable in some of those situations and we would rather have the conversation first.

Full Body Reset

Fifty minutes of full-body EMS, then a full hour of massage. Relaxation or deep tissue, your choice on the day.

The longest bundle we do and the one that feels most like a proper reset. The EMS works across the body rather than a single area. The hour that follows is unhurried, and by the time you leave you will have had two full treatments in one visit.

For monthly self-care, for anyone training hard, or for the visit where nothing less than everything will do.

Full body EMS · 50 min · Massage · 60 min · Two hours total

Frqquently ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything You Might Be Wondering

What does EMS actually feel like?

A strong, rhythmic contraction, building in waves rather than arriving all at once. Most people describe it as intense but not unpleasant. Your therapist starts low and builds with you, and you can ask to ease off at any point.

Is this a replacement for exercise?

No, and we would not sell it as one. EMS works muscle in a way that is difficult to replicate on your own, particularly in areas that are hard to isolate. It sits alongside how you already move rather than instead of it.

Will I be sore afterwards?

Some people feel it the next day, in the way you would after a good session at the gym. The massage half of every bundle is partly there to soften that.

How many should I book?

Most people choose a course rather than a single session. Your therapist will suggest a realistic number after your first visit, and there is no obligation to commit to anything.

Can I have EMS if I am pregnant or recently had a baby?

Not during pregnancy. Postpartum depends on how long it has been and how your recovery has gone, and abdominal separation changes the answer again. Please talk to us before booking rather than after, and bring your doctor or physio's view if you have it.

Is there anyone else who should not have EMS?

Anyone with a pacemaker or implanted electrical device, and anyone with metal in the treatment area. Tell us about any medication or medical condition when you book and we will let you know honestly whether this is right for you.

What should I do beforehand?

Drink at least two litres of water the day before. Avoid a heavy meal in the two hours before, and skip caffeine and alcohol the day before if you can. Wear something loose, and shave the treatment area if there is hair on it.
