Overview

There Is No Wrong Question

Most people arrive at a treatment menu knowing roughly how they feel and not at all what to book. That is normal, and it is not something you need to solve on your own before you get in touch. A consultation is simply a conversation. You tell us what has been happening, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping for. We look, we ask a few questions, and we tell you honestly what we would suggest. Sometimes that is one treatment. Sometimes it is a course. Occasionally it is nothing we offer at all, and we will say so.

Nothing is booked at the end unless you want it to be. And if you do go ahead, your consultation fee comes off the treatment, so the conversation costs you nothing in the end.

Some of our advanced treatments require a consultation before booking. That is deliberate. Laser, radiofrequency and deeper peels work when they are matched properly and disappoint when they are not.

What You Can Expect

  • Nothing is expected of you.

You can leave without booking. That happens often and it is completely fine.

  • The fee comes back.

Book a treatment afterwards and your consultation fee goes toward it.

  • We will tell you.

Including when the honest answer is that a treatment you had in mind will not suit your skin.

  • Free on the phone, if you prefer.

Ten minutes with a therapist, no charge, for when you only have a question or two.

Free Phone Consultation

Ten minutes with a therapist, at no cost.

For when you have a question or two rather than a whole situation. Whether a treatment will suit you, what the process involves, how many sessions something usually takes, or simply whether it is worth coming in at all.

No card, no commitment, no obligation to book anything afterwards.

Skin & Treatment Consultation

Thirty minutes in person with one of our therapists.

We talk through what you are hoping for, look properly at the area you are concerned about, and work out together what would actually suit you. You leave with a clear recommendation rather than a sales pitch.

Choose your focus when you book: facials, laser, or body sculpting. It helps us put you with the right therapist and have the right room ready.

Your fee comes off whichever treatment you decide to book.

Laser Hair Removal Consultation

Available as a free ten-minute phone or Zoom call, or as a thirty-minute visit in person.

The call covers how laser hair removal works, what it asks of you between sessions, and whether it is likely to suit your hair and skin. The in-person consultation covers all of that and includes a test patch where one is needed, which is the step that lets us treat you safely afterwards.

Your in-person fee goes toward your first laser treatment.

Body Skin Assessment

A thirty-minute consultation looking at skin across the body rather than only the face.

Skin is the largest organ we have, and it tires and dehydrates in ways that are easy to miss below the neck. Our therapists analyse the skin and the area you are concerned about, then design both a treatment plan and the aftercare that goes with it, so you know what happens between visits as well as during them.

Your assessment fee is credited toward the treatment plan.

Frqquently ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything You Might Be Wondering

Is the consultation free?

The ten-minute phone call is, with no card and no commitment. In-person consultations carry a fee, and that fee comes off your treatment if you book one.

Do I have to book a treatment afterwards?

No. People leave without booking regularly and nobody minds. We would rather you took the recommendation away and thought about it than felt pushed into something on the day.

What actually happens in thirty minutes?

We talk through your history and what you are hoping for, look at the area concerned, and go through the options honestly, including what each involves, how many sessions is realistic, and what it will cost. Where a test patch is needed, we do that too.

What should I bring or tell you?

Anything you are currently using on your skin, or a photo of the labels. Any medication you are taking, particularly anything that affects sun sensitivity or blood thinning. And if you have had treatments elsewhere, when and what.

Can I do it over the phone or on Zoom?

Yes for the ten-minute call and for the laser hair removal consultation. Anything requiring us to look at your skin properly, or to patch test, needs to happen in person.

Which consultation should I book?

If you have a specific question, the free call. If you know roughly what you want and need to know whether it suits you, the Skin & Treatment Consultation. If it is hair removal, the laser consultation. And if your concern is across the body rather than the face, the Body Skin Assessment.

Why do some treatments require a consultation first?

Because laser, radiofrequency and deeper peels need settings matched to your skin, and getting that wrong ranges from disappointing to unsafe. The consultation is what lets us treat you properly.
