RETURN POLICY

RETURN CONDITIONS

Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition. Items must be unused and tags attached. Returns not adhering to these conditions will not be accepted. Sale items are a final sale + will not be accepted for change of mind.

If you receive your item and decide it's not right for you, we do offer a credit note which is valid for three years. We do not offer a refund for a change of mind or an incorrect selection of size.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Return the item within 30 days of purchase.

2. Ensure the product is in its original condition.

3. Please include all product tags.

4. Boxes must be packaged inside a post bag.

5. You will be sent further instructions to your email after you complete all the steps. 

Once your return has been received + accepted, you will be issued a store credit via email. Store credits are valid for 3 years from the issue date.

FAULTY ITEMS

If the product you have purchased is significantly different from the description shown or has a major manufacturer's fault that can't be easily fixed/replaced we are happy to help you out with a store credit or refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection of size. If you have any questions please email us at info@lespadejour.com

RETURNS - AFTERPAY + ZIPPAY

When you return your item + receive a store credit, you will still be required to pay any outstanding payments. Your payments will not stop when you return an item(s). You will be issued a store credit for the full amount that you paid originally, which you may use straight away. Your store credit will last 3 years from the date of issue.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I PLACE IT?

Please contact us as soon as you realise there is an issue with your order + we will try to help. As our store is constantly packing your orders as fast as possible we may be unable to edit your order as it may already be packed.

We have parking on site, we are located on the corner of Buckley and Victoria street, Next to African taste restaurant directly opposite to Eka Wholefoods. Closest station would be middle footscray station that would be a 2 minute walk up the road towards Buckely street

There is limited on-street parking available. Take tram 72 or 73 to the Whitehorse Road/Balwyn Road tram stop. From there, it's a short walk to the spa.

Located in Punt Road, there is side parking on Faulkner Street, its free for 2 hours.  The nearest station would be South Yarra Station that would about 8-10 minute walk to Le Spa De Jour. We're located inside South Yarra Chiropractic and Wellness. You'll see our sign Le Spa De Jour on the bottom left corner and go through the red door. If the door is locked please give us a ring and we will assist you.
