Overview
Nails, Without The Rush
A good manicure is mostly patience. Cuticles worked properly rather than cut back, shape taken to the line your hands actually want, and colour applied thin enough to last. So nothing here is rushed. A mini is thirty minutes because thirty minutes is what it takes, and a deluxe is a full hour with a massage, a mask and time to sit still.
We are honest about your natural nails too. If they need a break from enhancements, we will tell you, and we will remove what is there properly rather than quickly.

THE ENHANCEMENTS
SNS or Acrylic
Two ways to add strength, length or both. SNS is a dipping powder, lighter on the natural nail and quicker to apply. Acrylic is the more sculptural of the two, and the better choice for real length. Both can be refilled rather than redone.
-
SNS on Nails
Book YoursA natural-base dipping powder, and the improved choice for most people over acrylic. Lighter on the nail, quicker to apply, and durable. Available on your own nails or with extensions, with refills and fixes between appointments.
-
Acrylic
Book YoursApplied and sculpted to a custom shape and length, and the more hard-wearing of the two. Durable, long-lasting and the better option if you want real length or a specific silhouette. Full sets on the nail or with tips, and refills with polish or shellac.
Just The Polish
For when the nails are fine and only the colour needs changing. No cuticle work, no shaping, just a fresh coat and out.
Polish, hands or feet, twenty minutes,
Shellac, hands or feet, twenty minutes,
Shellac with soak-off, where there is existing shellac to remove first, thirty minutes.
If your cuticles have grown out or the shape needs attention, book a mini instead. Colour on a nail that needs tidying will not look the way you want it to.
Taking Things Off, & Small Additions
Soak-offs, for when you are removing rather than reapplying. Shellac, fifteen minutes. SNS, twenty minutes. Acrylic, twenty minutes. Done patiently, so your natural nail comes out intact.
Fixes and refills are available for SNS and acrylic between full appointments, for a lifted nail or a break that cannot wait.
Foot Soak, fifteen minute. A floral soak that leaves feet fresh and decompressed. Lovely on its own, and better still before a pedicure.
Frqquently ASKED QUESTIONS
Everything You Might Be Wondering
Shellac, SNS or acrylic?
Shellac is colour that lasts, on your own nails, around two to three weeks. SNS is a dipping powder that adds strength, lighter than acrylic and quicker to apply. Acrylic is sculpted, the most durable of the three, and the one to choose if you want real length.
How long will they last?
Shellac around two to three weeks. SNS and acrylic three to four before a refill. Growth rate varies, and hands that are in water a lot will need attention sooner.
Will enhancements damage my natural nails?
Not when they are applied and removed properly. Nearly all the damage people describe comes from enhancements being lifted off rather than soaked off. We take the time, and if we think your nails need a break from enhancements, we will say so.
Do you do nail art?
Ask when you book so time can be allowed for it. Anything detailed needs longer than a standard appointment.
