Overview
Where The Body Finally Lets Go
Most of us carry tension so consistently that we forget it is there. It becomes the shape of the shoulders, the set of the jaw, the way the back feels when we finally lie down.
This is the collection for that. Fourteen ways to be worked on, from a fifteen-minute hand and foot ritual to ninety minutes of stone massage, and every one of them built around the same idea: unhurried, attentive, and adjusted to you rather than delivered to you.
Choose by pressure if you know what you like. Choose by time if that is what you have. Or tell us what your week has been and let us suggest, which is usually the better way.

What You Can Expect
-
Pressure is a conversation.
Tell us at the start and tell us again partway through. Nobody minds being asked to ease off.
-
You are covered throughout.
Only the area being worked on is uncovered. You will be shown where to change and given time.
-
The room is yours.
Warmth, quiet, and no talking unless you want it. Some people chat, some people sleep.
-
Longer is genuinely different.
Thirty minutes eases the surface. Sixty reaches what is underneath.

Frqquently ASKED QUESTIONS
Everything You Might Be Wondering
Which massage should I book?
Calm & Restore if you want to switch off. Deep Tissue if you want to be worked on properly. Soul-Warming Stone if you feel cold, tight or run down. Lymphatic if you feel puffy rather than tense. And if none of that quite describes it, ring us and tell us about your week.
How much should I undress?
Down to your underwear for most treatments. You will be shown where to change, given privacy and time, and covered throughout. Only the area being worked on is uncovered.
Is deep tissue going to hurt?
It should feel like firm, satisfying pressure rather than pain. Say something the moment it tips over, and your therapist will adjust. Being a little sore the next day is normal, being sore during is not
Can I have a massage while pregnant?
Yes. Our Pregnancy Massage is crafted specifically for the first trimester, and beyond that our holistic massages remain a wonderful option where there are no pregnancy-related complications. Tell us how far along you are when you book so we can prepare properly.
What if I have an injury or a medical condition?
Tell us when you book. Some conditions change what we can do, and knowing beforehand means your therapist can plan the treatment around it rather than adjust halfway through.
