CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE
Dear Clients,
We have updated our booking terms and conditions, mainly around our cancellation and no-show policies. Let us explain and below we have a few Q's & A's that you may have.
We now require you to pay a 50% deposit when making a booking, in the event that you cancel without notice (24 hours) OR you simply do not turn up at all we reserve the right to keep this deposit. This is based on your appointment value.
Q. What if I need to change my appointment?
A. Things come up, we get it! You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking.
Q. Are my details safe?
A. Only the safest! The payment provider is the same as Spotify, Uber, Microsoft and many many more.
Q. When do I pay the rest?
A. Remaining payment will be collected in-store after your appointment.
